Building on the unprecedented success of the acclaimed EOS C300, the more rugged EOS C300 Mark II features an advanced imaging engine with dual DIGIC DV5 processors, new professional codecs and outstanding dynamic range, making it the most capable, flexible and accessible Cinema EOS video camera to date.
Capturing 10-bit 4:2:2 files at 410Mbps in 4K with up to 15 stops of dynamic range. Its Super 35mm CMOS sensor and expanded ISO range up to ISO 102,400 provide exceptional low-light performance. The camera supports various recording options, including dual CFast 2.0™ media for internal 4K files and simultaneous external recording of 4K RAW files. With a range of automatic and manual controls, including enhanced Dual Pixel CMOS AF, auto white balance and Face Detection AF, it accommodates diverse shooting needs.
The XF-AVC H.264 codecs ensure seamless integration into professional workflows. The modular design, compatibility with over 90 EF and EF Cinema lenses, and multiple lens mount options enhance versatility for filmmakers, while the faster sensor read-out minimizes rolling shutter distortion for crisp image capture in dynamic environments. Additionally, the EOS C300 Mark II supports 4-channel audio recording and introduces Canon Log2 technology for a wider dynamic range.
