The AsteraBox Wireless Control Unit Kit rental provides seamless and reliable wireless control for professional lighting setups. Designed by Astera, this compact aluminium unit doubles as a Bluetooth bridge for the AsteraApp and a CRMX/UHF/Wi‑Fi DMX transmitter. It supports En-Route or stage-based lighting workflows with up to 512 DMX channels.
Its internal battery delivers up to 72 hours of operation in app-control mode and 8–18 hours when transmitting CRMX. Rapid charging completes in approximately 8–12 hours via micro-USB. The top panel features intuitive LED indicators for power, link status, app, RX/TX, and CRMX readiness. A built-in microphone enables Astera’s Talkback+ feature for two‑way communication with light fixtures.
Physically compact (146 × 78 × 30 mm) and lightweight (~0.23 kg), the AsteraBox includes a belt clip for portability and mounts easily to stands or rigging. It connects to DMX consoles via the supplied 3.5 mm adapter cable. Compatible with Astera’s full range (Titan Tube, Helios Tube, PixelBar, PixelBrick, PowerPAR, NYX Bulb, and more), it offers seamless integration for mixed‑brand CRMX systems.
